How can I use my voucher?
Start BitJoe on your mobile and choose "voucher", then type in your voucher code and click confirm/send.How to install BitJoe?

There are two ways to install BitJoe:
- You can load BitJoe via USB-cable or Bluetooth to your mobile. On your mobile you have to choose BitJoe.jad to install BitJoe. You can get the files you need here
- visit http://www.bitjoe.com/download with your mobile browser (e.g. opera mini) and accept the installation.
Blackberry
You have to install BitJoe via USB-cable and with the help of the Blackberry Desktop Software http://de.blackberry.com/services/desktop on your mobile phone. You can get the files you need from your BitJoe dealer.Afterwards you should see BitJoe in menu of your mobile phone.
I have installed BitJoe. What are the next steps?
First of all you have to type your username and password. You can do this by selecting “userdata” in the BitJoe menu. Afterwards, choose what you like to search for (e.g. music). Then simply type your search and confirm with “ok”. After approximately 30 to 40 seconds you should get a result list. Choose your download and your download-location on your mobile phone. Confirm with “ok” and the download will start.Hint: Choose “configuration” to set filetypes you want to search for.
Why does my mobile does not play the downloaded video?
- Check if your mobile phone is compatible with the downloaded filetype!
- Check in the tab “configuration” if you search only for filetypes which are compatible with your mobile. In most cases mobiles aren`t supporting all filetypes.
Hint: If you can`t play the video at your mobile try it at your pc.
Why doesn't BitJoe work with my mobile?
BitJoe works on almost all mobile phones which support Java MIDP 2.0(or higher) and JSR 75. A list of compatible mobile phones is here.Why do I not get any results on my mobile?
- Check if your internet connection settings are correct
- Check if you allow BitJoe to get internet access
- Check if your userdata is correct
- Try another APN of your mobile service provider
- Check if your mobile service provider has any restrictions on ports or protocols (e.g. allows only http)
- In some cases it could be possible that you will not get results if you search for rare files.
Why can I not save any files to my mobile?
- Check if BitJoe is allowed to write and read in your mobile phone filesystem.
- Check if you are in the correct folder for the choosen filetype. Some mobile phones does not allow to save e.g. pictures in the music folder.
- Check if your mobile supports Java MIDP 2.0(or higher) and JSR 75. A list of compatible mobile phones is here.
I have a new mobile! Why doesn't BitJoe work anymore?
- Check if your mobile supports Java MIDP 2.0(or higher) and JSR 75. A list of compatible mobiles is here http://bitjoe.com/list.html.
- Check if your userdata is correct
- If you often changed your mobile and the change worked before, write an email to support@swissrefresh.ch and tell us which phone you using and what your username is.
Why hasn't a download worked?
In some cases it could be possible that a download does not work. Please watch out for health of the file. Green indicates a lot of download sources, yellow indicate only a few and a red chart indicate up to 3 download sources for your file.I have downloaded something! Why is it not that which I expected?
In some cases it could be possible that a filename is wrong. Like in every search engine some spam files may appear.Why doesn't my voucher work?
- Writing errors are ever possible. Please double check if you filled in the voucher correctly.
- Check if your mobile phone is connected to the internet.
- Check if BitJoe is allowed to use the internet connection.
- Check if you have filled in your userdata correctly by choosing “userdata” in the BitJoe menu.
